Exterior doors are locked and monitored by surveillance devices. Employees gain access with an electronic card, and their cards are effective only during their work hours.
Everyone at Franklin undergoes a nationwide background check by Kroll Inc., along with a drug screening and a credit history check. Employees also must complete a security training course.
Everyone visiting Franklin must remain in the reception area until they're signed into a visitor log, issued a visitor badge and escorted by an authorized employee. Technicians receive temporary access cards, but they must be supervised by an employee while servicing any equipment with access to client data.
Traffic through all exterior doors and our data center is captured on a closed-circuit television system, and video is stored for two months.
